How It Works

  • Pick Your Game

    One to three hours, daytime or glow after dark. Every package includes gear for 10 players, ages 5 and up.

  • Check Your Space and Date

    A 30x40 ft open space is ideal and 25x30 ft works. Send us the date, the address and what you have.

  • We Build the Field

    Your Game Master arrives with the bunkers, a mask for every player and all the gellyball gear, and sets up the field.

  • Game On

    A safety briefing, then round after round until time is up. Then we pack it all away.

Gelly Ball Parties Anywhere in Greater Orlando

Book a gel blaster party in Orlando and the only thing you run is the cake. Our Orlando team brings ten gel blasters, a mask for every player, the bunkers and unlimited gellyball ammo, and your Game Master runs every round, starting with a safety briefing.

We set up across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, from Winter Park and Lake Mary to Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka, Clermont and Winter Garden. Kids from age 5 can play, grown-ups too, and every package includes gear for 10 players. All you need is room: 30x40 ft is ideal, 30x50 ft is better, and 25x30 ft is workable.

Party running past sunset? Book glow gellyball: blacklights around the field and glow-in-the-dark ammo after dark, at any length from one to three hours.

What does a gellyball party cost in Orlando?
An Orlando gel blaster party starts at $325 for one hour, $525 for two hours and $725 for three, with gear for 10 players included. Glow after dark runs $395 to $995. Extra players are $25 each with their own kit, and extra time is $100 per half hour.
Which extras pair with an Orlando gellyball party?
Orlando parties can add Popcorn ($85), Snow Cones ($85), Glitter Tattoos ($150 an hour), Balloon Twisting ($150 an hour) and Face Painting ($150 an hour). Add them when you check your date and they go on the same booking, run by the same local team as your gellyball field.
Do you charge travel in Central Florida?
Not within 30 minutes of our Orlando team: those events carry no travel fee. Farther out, the travel fee is set before you book, so the price you confirm is the price you pay, with nothing added after the party.
What if we need to change our Orlando party date?
Your deposit comes with you. A $100 deposit holds your date, or 10 percent on large events, and while deposits aren't refundable, a deposit stays good for a year toward a rescheduled event. Call your local team as soon as you know and we'll find a new date.
Do Orlando summer storms cancel the party?
Often they just delay it, because afternoon storms tend to blow through. If you need to call it off for weather, let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time and your deposit carries over to a new date for up to a year.
Can you send our Orlando venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Our Orlando operator carries general liability insurance, and schools, HOAs, venues and companies can request a certificate of insurance naming them. Ask for it when you book and we'll send it ahead of the event.
Is Gellyball Adventures in Orlando locally run?
Yes. It's run by Big Idea Entertainment Orlando, the independent local operator for Central Florida. The same local team takes your booking, trains your Game Master and runs your party, so you have one point of contact from the first call to pack-out.
Can an Orlando HOA or apartment community book gellyball?
Yes, and it's one of the easiest community events to run. Clubhouse lawns and community fields work well, residents from age 5 up can play, and the Game Master runs the field so your committee doesn't have to. Tell us the expected headcount and we'll size the kits and the time.
